I owe everything to my artistic and talented mother. She started teaching me when I was seven years old. Back in those days everything was done with buttercream icing. Over twenty years ago she passed down all her supplies to me and I have been decorating cakes ever since. I started learning all the new techniques of today. There are always new things to learn. Which keeps things very interesting!

My favorite kind of cakes to make are non traditional ones. I love the challenge of making things come together. And I strive to make my cakes completely edible.
